Astrophotography Day 1
This is my first attempt at astrophotography and I loved it but unfortunately it did not turn out the way I wanted. However, this will not keep me from trying again.
I went out to an abandoned softball field in the middle of nowhere and started setting up my tripod. The weather was beautiful, except a little too windy for my taste, but the sky was clear and bright. My goal was to get a great closeup shot of the full moon to show my astronomy professor at the end of the week. I explained to him earlier today what I was going to do and he was eager to know how it will go. I somewhat felt like I let him down since I did not get many good shots, but I know that I just need to try again.

This was the best photo out of the entire night and I still need to zoom, crop and brighten it up. I feel so bummed I didn't get better shots, but I loved the experience and thrill of taking pictures at night while exploring my new camera and lens.
