Here is an example of how my work day goes. I am up in the front teaching a move, and my students will mimic the choreography.



The function of the splits is to test your flexibility in your hips and strengthen your muscles throughout your entire legs. Ariel has demonstrated how to properly go into the split and how to over-stretch by placing a small object underneath your front leg.



How high can YOUR leg go? Would you compete with yourself? Thank you Ariel for helping me show you that your leg goes the highest.

Have you ever wondered what it would be like with more than 2 legs? What about if you were a dancer with 6 legs? How would you coordinate them to do the right choreography? Well, I have mastered it.
