Color Contrast

So... my first assignment in my Basic Photography class was color contrast. I know the color wheel; I learned it two different ways. I learned the color wheel in cosmetology school that dealt with hair and how each color affected the other, and then I learned it in art classes in college how paint and nature affected colors. BOTH OF THESE ARE DIFFERENT. This made it hard for me to comprehend both because I was used to a certain way of looking at colors. 
Now, having both sets in mind, this assignment gave me a bit of challenge but also an advantage. Here are some of the best shots. 

All of these are unedited because I am having trouble with my LR and PS programs on my laptop. Plus, I don't personally want to be on campus to edit my photos. That is way too much time indoors than out shooting.
